Terms & Conditions

If you believe the unit is in need of repair, please call your preferred dental dealer and speak with a qualified technician.

Returns
* No returns are authorized without first acquiring a Returned Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.).
* No returns are authorized after 60 days from the date of shipping.
* Tech West does not provide shipping labels for warranties or returns.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
* All troubleshooting or diagnostics are required to be performed on-site when calling for technical support.
* An RMA number will not be issued if a technician is not on-site with the unit in question.

Warranty

* Units repaired under warranty come with a 12-month warranty from the date of repair.
* Improper installation without adequate ventilation will void all manufacturer warranties.
* Improper installation in spaces where temperatures will exceed manufacturers’ recommendations will void all warranties.
* Improper installation without adequate voltage and electrical connections will void all warranties.
* Improper voltage or voltage outside of the designated range will void all warranties.
* Failure to adhere to manufacturers’ recommendations for installation and service will void all warranties.

* Parts and Units that are purchased in error or not needed after purchasing are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

* The Elite Series and Elite Series Rocky Compressors are not intended for use with Dental Milling Machines or 3D Dental Printers. Doing so will void all manufacturer warranties.

* Limescale voids all warranties.

* Tech West does not accept compressors back for evaluation or repair.
* All troubleshooting must be performed on-site by a qualified technician.
* Parts and components to repair the compressor will be shipped for the technician to install or replace.

Shipping
* Tech West is not responsible for any shipping-related damages or delays. If your product arrives damaged or late, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
